| We are working with a number of clients on tailored development programs. These include executive coaching, mentoring and career management programs. While each response is unique, there are some common elements - real feedback from significant others, a stretch activity and guided self reflection. Outcomes have included increased informal mentoring, informed career changes and improved team management. |
