Career Management
Interdependent has a sound network of career coaches for every level in the organisation.
We also provide career management workshops and offer an online career management tool. This tool is designed to assist in the preparation for a career discussion and the leadership of that discussion by the manager or mentor.
We work with you to design and communicate the required transition and manage the process e.g. retirement, changed employment contract, redundancies. We offer consultancy services for outplacement and redeployment ensuring that the well being of exiting staff is managed and skills are developed appropriate to the transition.
