Online graduate survey:
Interdependent is currently conducting an online survey to measure how well Managers' expectations and Graduates' expectations align. The outputs from this survey will guide improved design and development.

Interdependent has a sound network of career coaches for every level in the organisation.
We also provide career management workshops and offer an online career management tool. This tool is designed to assist in the preparation for a career discussion and the leadership of that discussion by the manager or mentor.

Transition Management
We work with you to design and communicate the required transition and manage the process e.g. retirement, changed employment contract, redundancies.
